  Nic and his team are great! They were easy to work with, very knowledgeable (especially when it came to working with the insurance company), efficient, and, most importantly, our roof looks beautiful. After working with several contractors over the past few years getting much needed updates on our home I can't emphasize how thankful we were to find and work with this company. Honest, straightforward, knowledgeable, and deliver quality work. What else could a homeowner ask for?

  Adam did an exceptional job! He was extremely thorough, quick responding, professional and managed to get my roof completed within a short time frame as it was time sensitive. The crew was also very professional and did an amazing job on my roof. Would definitely recommend!

  We used Modern Roof Co. to repair an EDPM roof. They did a fantastic job! The roof will need replaced in the near future, but they did extend the life of it for a couple years. When it is time to replace, we will be using Modern Roof Co. They are friendly, professional, and responsive!
