  I asked my realtor for a reference and she gave me a couple of names. First on the list was Pioneer Roofing. They are local here in Bandon and they responded quickly to my request for a bid estimate on my roof and interior drywall damage caused by a damaged roof. His bid was fair and reasonable and he said he could do both the roof and the interior repairs. The finished roof was a total replacement with the old roof material removed, the roof deck inspected for rot and mildew issues, (thankfully none) and new paper and asphalt shingles installed. Also installed were new ridge vents which were needed. New flashing was installed as well. Gregg Thatcher and his crew were professional, friendly and very open to answering any questions I had. The new roof looks great and was done in 5 days working around the rain. The crew cleaned up the ground area every day. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

  they put on two roofs for me and were fantastic. the crew was courteous and cautious of the landscaping. they cleaned up every day before leaving. they finished when they said and at the price they quoted. i would recommend them to everyone.

  They put a new roof on my house. They were very prompt and hard working!!! They run a very tidy and neat job!!! The only words I have about my roof is that its beautiful!!! Pioneer Roofing did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them!!
