  This is the worst large scale construction company in Summit County. They've burned almost all their bridges with local contractors and use out-of-state subs (so no guarantee of quality). Expect your project to be delayed significantly, cost more than they say (not to mention get charged for supervisor visits that never happened) and be sub-par compared to other GCs in the area. It's a corporate mess and you'll be better off skipping Pinnacle in favor of another local contractor who sticks to their word, charges what they say, gives you a better finished product in the end and a much more personal experience. Whether your an owner or subcontractor, beware, your better off avoiding Pinnacle.

  Christian Cross, interestingly we’ve never met you or worked with you, but certainly wish you had a better impression of us. We only keep the best local trade partners in our network as we continue raising our own bar. We have a strong list of client references (70+), are frequently called upon by the local building officials as a resource, and have 10+ year standing relationships with our local suppliers. In fact, this year we are building two homes for repeat customers. I’d encourage you to reach out to us directly so we can clarify any misperceptions you may have.

  Saw a couple of their homes at Parade of Homes and they are absolutely over the top! They nail every little detail and build stunning homes.
