  Oscar came out in December to quote a demo and rebuild of two decks. I accepted the bud and signed the paperwork. Seven months later, he still hasn't started. The worst part is how unresponsive he is to my emails and calls. I asked him in June for a final ETA and he said end of month. Weeks have gone by and no word from him. I finally called and left a message asking if they want the job or not. If not, fine- just let me know and I will look for someone else. But of course, not even a courtesy call to tell me that he can't do the work. I am very disappointed because I wanted to work his team. They seemed so good at the beginning of the process.
