Came home from a two week vacation to find our washing machine water supply line had a slow leak causing flooding in several areas of our home and new wood floors squishing under feet. Called CJ at Phoenix and he immediately sent his crew over to check it out on a Sunday night. CJ & Josh began mitigation right away by taking up the floors, removing mold growth, and setting up several humidifiers to dry out the wet areas. CJ and his crew did an excellent job from start to finish and made a horrible situation as stress free as possible. I highly recommend Phoenix for anyone in need of renovation/restoration!

We had a water shutoff valve fail late in the afternoon on the main floor which flooded the main floor and basement.  Shortly after getting main shut off we called CJ at Phoenix and they had a crew out first thing the next morning.  They immediately started the mitigation work to dry everything out.  They came over and checked the progress of the drying daily as well as kept us up to date on their plan.  They worked closely with our insurance and all recommendations will be covered.  I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs restoration work done.

During a basement remodel the contractor found mold.  Phoenix was able to get in the next day, do a great job and keep our remodel on schedule. Highly recommend this company!

We were very pleased with the speed of response to our basement water issues.  Once on site, Phoenix Renovation worked quickly and professionally to remove all water, damaged flooring, etc.  They have a professional crew that works quickly to get the job done.  We would use them again.

My family and I had some minor flooding in our home and I called Phoenix, having no idea what we needed to do to fix it. CJ came out to our house shortly after and was fantastic. He helped us through our issue and set us up with someone to replace our carpet padding. He was very professional and got the job done for us in a timely manner. I am hoping that we don't have any flooding issues in the future, but I am thankful that if we do, I know who to call!

It was Great Working with CJ and his team for Home Mitigation.  We had a waterpipe burst damaging a large portion of the interior of our home. CJ's team helped to make our home livable again.  I would strongly recommend his team. The are easy to talk to and work with.

Phoenix, every person who worked on restoring our home was wonderful. Their work was professionally done and looks great! They were genuinely courteous people who cared about what they were here to do, and they left everything clean: they hauled everything they had to restore away.  (I bet a lot of companies wish they had the people you have working for them.) I highly recommend your company to anyone who needs restoration work done. To me you are an A-1 company. We had a pipe burst February 2018 and it completely flooded our first floor including bathroom, bedroom, living room, and kitchen. Phoenix did a wonderful job keeping in contact. I'm pretty sure I texted/telephoned with Brad a million times. His team was always extremely professional and I couldn't be happier with my new kitchen! Something that I thought was extremely helpful was Brad's willingness to provide some guidance on paint colors. I picked out a gray...and he said that would work, but also made some suggestions based on previous customers. His suggestions turned out to be wonderful. Thank you Phoenix! New carpet, cabinets, paint, floors. All done exceptionally well.

We had a very substantial sewer backup at our rental property and it was important that prompt clean up and mitigation be made. Phoenix performed great & the staff was great to work with the work performed being outstanding
