  If you're delivering product here, they won't start till around 0745-0800. Like most of these type of places, they load their trucks first. They do unload you pretty quickly, just have to watch out for the contractors, they will try to cut in front of you.

  Garage door was installed improperly and required 4 separate service calls and repairs in a 2 year period. A competing garage door company diagnosed the problem from a photo that Heartland could not fix for over 2 years. Would not recommend.

  We are confused by the review. We recommended from the 1st service call that your door panel was too damaged and needed to be replaced. You refused and asked us to keep doing our best to patch work a fix. In addition you weren't bill for all the service calls because we felt bad about not being able to help with a cheap permanent fix. We honestly feel we went above and beyond in your case. Unfortunately, you are still not happy and we still recommend you replace the door panel.
