I contacted Perimeter and they came out the same day to perform preventative maintenance and diagnose an issue with my gate. The tech performed some basic checks, and said they would need to schedule another visit to complete the general maintenance and install a new loop in the ground. They charged me around $100 for the visit and promised to follow up with a quote on the required work. It's been weeks and even though both the tech and an office admin (on different dates) said I would be provided a quote, they have failed to do so. They basically charged me $100 to come out and say the system is bad, but didn't actually perform any real work. Completely unprofessional. At this point I'm going to have to pay another gate company to come out and do it all over again. I didn't pay via credit card, so I can't initiate a chargeback for the visit which didn't really result in any benefit to me. I'm going to ask for a refund, but may end up eating the cost. I suggest looking elsewhere for your needs. At a minimum, these people are understaffed, incompetent, etc. I'll withhold more severe judgment until I find out if they will give me a refund.

While visiting springfield, oregon for work they stayed in the same motel and hit my truck on 2 different occasions and failed to even have the curtousy of an apology either time. The workers are loud and intoxicated most of the time running up and down the stairs disturbing others. Is this the norm of this company????!!! My whole family is in construction and this is not typical. THIS IS SECURITY CONTRACTORS. THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING.

Terrible service, terrible people. Service is subpar, Technicians are rude, prices are way too high, and they are very un-organized. I do not recommend using this company for any Commercial or Residential work. You will be much happier with anyone else.
