  We recently broke ground on a building project with Synergy Contracting that has been in the planning stages for the last couple of years. Although the project is in the early phase of construction, we have had numerous conversations and planning meetings with Josh Loper regarding our project. Josh is extremely knowledgable regarding all phases and aspects of construction, and has an in-depth understanding and commitment to scheduling and work-flow management. Even though we are very early in the construction phase of our project, it is obvious - and encouraging - to see how dedicated Josh is to his craft and to delivering a quality product. We are confident we hired the right guy for the job, and look forward to working with the Loper Brothers (Josh and Greg) on our homebuilding project.

  Josh and his crew constructed our new home. Even though there were some delays with materials supplies and Covid, they did excellent work. Our house is solid and beautiful. Josh and the people he has working with him are craftsmen/women. He consulted with us along the way, responded to our questions and concerns, and came in at budget. He is great at solving problems and overcoming difficulties, such as unresponsive subcontractors. I highly recommend him.
