We could not be happier with our experience working with PCS Residential on our recent window and roof replacement project in Eagan. I received amazing service by contractor Chris Ahlquist of PCS Residential when they replaced the siding and trim on my house. If you want a company that will stand by you as you work through insurance repairs, then PCS Residential is that company!! I was very pleased with the quality of the installation work and the extra effort they demonstrated to communicate with me. As a person who is deaf, Chris and his team went the extra mile to ensure I was kept in the loop throughout the process. I must say they are the best to work with and I thank the whole PCS Residential team for their great work on my house and excellent customer service.

I have never dealt with a Contacting Company that took the time make sure all work orders were done to their expectations and our expectations. Customer Service, 100%, , communication with us 100%, timely follow through, 100%, , Eric/Paul, and all PCC staff made this a great experience for us! Also, the roof crew was awesome! It was hot and I brought them out gaderade and candy bars and they were very thankful. They worked very hard, cleaned up better than it was! The gentleman who put in our window fashions (?) was a veteran and so very pleasant!! The City Inspector came out and commended the work with the window installation! I will recommend PCS to friends and family! Thank You PCS for everything!!
