We used Paradise for finishing the basement in a new home. From the moment that we had our first meeting with John, we knew they were the company we had been looking for to complete our project. Working with Paradise made the process very enjoyable. Every single employee that entered our home was extremely polite and professional. Organization, is also one of there top qualities. You could not ask for more out of a construction company. We loved their work so much, that we have started working with them again to do our outdoor space. If you have a project that you want done to perfection, these are the people you should be working with.

The work I've had done on my home by Paradise has been nothing short of amazing. Jonathan has always been courteous,  very punctual and extremely professional. After speaking with multiple contractors regarding the desire to have an electric fireplace, a wall built out from an existing wall and shelving installed,  I immediately hired Paradise due to not only his professionalism,  but Jonathan asked me multiple questions that the others did not. That's how I knew he was the right contractor for the project! Everything was completed on time and within budget. During the install, Jonathan also provided recommendations regarding construction and even gave decorative tips. I will continue to use Paradise Home Improvement on ALL future home improvement projects. I highly recommend any of you to call Jonathan to assist you with your home projects!

Knowledgeable, Detail oriented, Patient, and Amazing are the words that come to mind when I think of John Safavi and the Paradise Home Improvement team. I approached John expressing my interest to have my unfinished basement space turned into a Man Cave. I dragged my feet for over a year and the whole time John was patient, shared ideas with me, but never rushed me, and as soon as I was ready… he rolled me into their very well-organized development process. It is clear that NOTHING is left to chance and that the project will be PERFECT due to all the planning and detail that is done UP FRONT!!!!

During this year, I have also been able to learn from John professionally as we are both in Sales. His process driven systems and work ethic are commendable. The care and enthusiasm he has for his craft and his clients is something I seek to duplicate in my own. Thank you, John, for setting such an awesome example and doing a great job for so many years.

Very seldom does anything turn out the way you planned. Juanita and I are very pleased to say our kitchen couldn't have turned out any better. Paradise Home Improvement met and exceeded our expectations during the construction as well as the finished product. Mr. Safavi was very receptive to our ideas as well as to our questions. John took notes about our ideas concerning the layout, manufacture, and material as well as the color palate. He returned one week later with the layout, samples of material and colors; he also brought a schedule of construction. It's my understanding his wife had a great deal of input concerning how the color and texture of the materials would tie together (she must be very talented!). Mr. Safavi was receptive to ideas and changes during construction. He explained the cost of the changes versus the original plan. On one occasion he brought to our attention a potential plumbing problem. He clearly indicated what the cost for repair would be now as opposed to the cost of repairing this plumbing issue later. We gave him permission to replace some in-wall plumbing based on his input. After it was done, John showed us what had been replaced in addition to the insulation he added. He also took a screwdriver and pushed through the pipe he had removed! That pipe would have failed within the year, so we looked on the change not so much as an added cost of $850, but as a savings of $2500 later. This is just one example of how comprehensive John and his team were through the remodeling process. Seldom do I see my daughters agree on anything, however these ladies both agree the kitchen exceeded their expectations. My older daughter even insisted on cooking my birthday meal in our new kitchen. Paradise Home Improvement wasn't the cheapest bid received, but I felt comfortable with their step by step explanations of schedule and materials to be used. After all, a major remodel shouldn't be taken lightly. It's an investment. Juanita and I hope we have explained why we highly recommend John and Paradise Home Improvement for your next home remodeling project. The craftsmanship, understanding, quality of materials, and methodical schedule was a wonderful experience. We have received effusive compliments from all who have seen our new kitchen! We are thrilled.

My husband and I had a major problem with our basement, it stunk really bad from mold and water, before calling Jonathan at paradise home improvement, we had hired another contractor, what a mistake we paid him in excess of 15k to fix the problem. He did a little a bit of work and disappeared. Then we called Jonathan at paradise home Improvement, He showed up on time and after a thorough inspection he explained the problem in detail, and explained how he was going to remedy the issue.
Boy where we impressed, his guys showed on time and they worked super hard digging all around the house, washing the mud off the walls and showing us all the cracks in our foundation.  Then they treated the foundation walls, changed all the wet insulation, took take of the mold issue and installed new drywall, trims and paint and new floor. The work was perfect. I mean perfect. We highly recommend Jonathan and paradise home improvement.

Jon and his team were amazing! We reached out to a few companies to get quotes and Jon at Paradise called us on the same day. He was also able to fit our work in within the week of us contacting him. His prices were also very reasonable compared to the other quotes we got. He was patient answering our questions about everything, I can't say enough about how awesome our experience with Paradise was.

I called them initially because my bathroom floor felt very soft and spongy. they weren’t my first contractor I called, all the others told me they couldn’t tell me the issue or the cause. They told me they would have to start the work without knowing a price. This was very difficult for me as I don’t have unlimited money. So I reached out to Paradise and Jonathan came over. He spent 1 1/2 hours for free searching for the cause and inspecting the issue. My wax ring was leaking and caused my subfloor to rot. Jonathan gave me a solid price to remodel the bathroom. He told me the possible up charges that may arise and in what scenario they would arise. I really appreciate companies like this that are run by honesty and hard work. Thank a lot Paradise. You guys are now my go to.
