After using a few other companies over the years, My Gutter Pro has been our go-to for the past several years. It's so easy to schedule appointments, and they're prompt, professional, responsive, and courteous. You don't even know they were there after a gutter cleaning. Recently, they responded very quickly when we needed a gutter replaced after significant storm damage. They went above and beyond (thanks Steven!).

Great company and great service. Scheduling online was easy. Stephen arrived right on time. He talked me through what he was going to do and the areas he was going to check. He was really thorough, friendly, and professional. He gave me the “after action” report and told me what spots to look out for. Really couldn’t ask for more. I will definitely have My Gutter Pro come out again!

Our initial visit was rescheduled (due to two mechanics calling out), but Stephen came out today within the rescheduled time frame.  He did a very thorough job.  This is the first time we have used a gutter cleaning service and we are quite satisfied.

I was very satisfied with my gutter cleaning service! I liked that they great with their communications, I received a prompt response to my service request with when they could come out. When I got a text alert to my phone, I responded with some additional information and got a reply back right away. I liked that I felt that I was communicating with a real person and not a machine.  Also, as someone that works in the insurance industry,  I appreciate that they have employees and not subcontractors coming to my home!

The gentleman arrived early, and let me know what he found in my gutters.  Unfortunately, when I had my roof replaced, the roofing company left handfuls of nails and other debris in the gutters.  My Gutter Pro came and cleaned out all the debris and made sure to clean up my driveway as well.  I was impressed at how respectful he was and how thorough of a job he did.

My Gutter Pro communicated professionally and reliably, showed up on time, the work matched the estimate, they sent pictures of all the gutters when cleaned and looked perfect. I will certainly use them again in the future! Thanks to Brandon for doing such a great job.

I've called on My Gutter Pro twice so far and will do so in the future. It is always easy to book a gutter cleaning and there is never a long wait. And I don't have to be waiting at home for the crew to arrive if I need to be somewhere else. There is never any mess left behind and they even managed to close the cranky fence gates. My thanks to Stephen and Brandon for a job well done!

Stephen did a great job!  Addressed the issues we needed looked at & spoke with my husband when he was finished in addition to giving us a detailed written report.  Will use them again.

They stayed in constant communication with me from emails to texting arrival times. The technicians concentrated on their work and governed themselves professionally. My concerns were acknowledged and my questions answered. I highly recommend this business and will use it again if needed. Oh, they smile over the phone!

MGP did a great job and had excellent response timing. Did a reattachment/fix for a front gutter that was leaking water, 5" stainless gutter guards around the whole house and a cleaning at what I felt was reasonable on price.

The technician who arrived was excellent, gave some insight into best ways to clean, and sent photos afterwards.

All in all happy with their service, and online payment portal - very seamless.
