  We recently had our 30 year old wood shake roof replaced by pacific crest roofing. Even though we received 3 other bids, (jays turned out to be the lowest)We knew we wanted to use pacific crest roofing because we used them to replace our fascia boards a few years back and we were very impressed with jay and his crew. They did not disappoint this time around with our roof replacement. Jay , the owner was a pleasure to work with, he was very responsive, kind and friendly . He was easy to communicate with and He was patient with all our questions and explained the process to us. I run a daycare in my home so it was important to me that the work was done as clean ,safe and timely as possible. His crew set up a tunnel for my daycare families to enter and exit , ensuring no debris in the pathway. They cleaned the area around our house extremely well every day and covered our landscaping . The work was done in the time jay said it would take, one week, from tear off to completion and ran very smoothly. The workers were all efficient, neat respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend using pacific crest roofing, without hesitation. 5 + stars all around.

  We had a great experience using crest roofing. Jay was very professional, and with excellent communication, and nice finished results. They fixed one of our rafter tails which had some termite damage and replaced some mortar on our roof tile end cap. Would recommend strongly!

  I had 4 roofing companies come to my house for estimates and I went with Pacific Crest Roofing. The owner, Jay, was extremely professional, honest and thorough in his communication. I had one owner from another roofing company actually ask me if I wanted to bypass having him get a permit from the city to save time and money. Jay, on the other hand, made sure to not cut corners and he did things with a lot of attention to detail. He was able to start quickly after getting the permit. His workers were extremely professional and nice. Jay went above and beyond with a few things and made sure everything was going well each step of the process. For example, they covered my pool the first day to make sure no debris would accidentally go into the pool. On the second day it wasn't needed but some very small debris did get in the pool. He immediately called a pool company to come out and clean my entire pool. I did not ask him to do that but he did it out of his own concern. This is a great company to do with. In fact, I saw 3 different people driving or walking by taking pictures of my roof the last day it was completed because they were impressed. A few neighbors in the area also spoke to me about how nice it looked.
