Brian and his team were very professional and worked hard at repairing my roof. I appreciate that they were honest and did not try to steer me into a new roof when there were many years left in my existing roof. (My existing roof had a 50-year warranty that we had only had 23 years but the company was no longer in business.) Thank you so much So. County Roofing for a job well done. I will recommend you to all my family and friends.

Jesse came out and gave us an estimate. They were a little higher than the other quotes but did all the repairs and also fixed some tiles on the other side of the house. Gave us our quote quickly and started work within the week. They also realigned our gutters and repaired flashing around the chimney.  They were diligent about getting the work done properly and came out when it was so hot.  They forgot to hook back the Dish cable (which we currently don’t use) but came back the day after we notified them. Impressed he came out on a Saturday!  Also made sure all the eaves were sealed near the stucco. First rate work. We just had rain so I was very happy it all got done before this summer rain.  Thank you to everyone at South County Roofing from Jesse to the office staff to those workers who meticulously cleaned up every day before they left.  You did an excellent job.

Having Brian do the roof inspection was the best $225  investment I have ever made.   He saved me thousands of dollars of repairs that wouldn’t have been done.  Don’t let a real estate agent talk you into using their guy to get an estimate.   Call Brian and spend the money.

I found Brian on the web through some videos of his work here in California. By far the most extensive knowledge in the roofing business, especially with roof tile applications. Brian has a crew of trusted team members in the field who can assess problems to troubleshoot any issue you may have. My house was built in 1977 so I needed someone to come out and look at my fascia/eaves in the front of my house. The area needing repair was on the valley jack, so not an easy area to address. Thank you to Brian and William who offered expert advice to correct the problem.

This is a great company. I had a roof leak which stained the ceiling drywall in the garage. I contacted South County Roofing and they sent Jesse out to give me an estimate.  I decided to use them and I am very pleased that I did. Jesse is a real nice guy who communicates very well. He showed up on time this morning, removed the tiles and felt paper, showed me where the problem was, and fixed it.  Jesse really knows what he is doing. He is not only a very skilled roofer, but someone you can trust. I will definitely use them again if I ever have another roof problem.

I paid for a roof inspection and I was very clear that if they felt the roof needed to be replaced we would go that route. (found out later they do not do replacement) I was told everything was good for at least another 5 years with their "tune-up". Shorty after the tune-up was completed we received our first rain, needless to say we had a leak. I was told that was not in an area they repaired and they wanted an additional $500 to cover the roof and then $1000-$2000 to repair that area. The tech that came out to do the first repair did not show up when he was supposed to and took much longer to perform the repair that quoted. Do not use this company!

Matt, I am sorry this has happened.  About the felt.  We can not know for sure if the felt is bad in all, some, or most areas, because 100% of the felt is covered by the tiles.  We have to then go by the age of the roof.  I tried research your name in our database to learn more about your job but your name on here does not match the names in our call sheet.  So, unfortunately I just have to take your word for everything and I can not say what we actually did or did not do.  It makes accurately responding to this type of situation impossible for me. It's now 2018 and this last rain revealed that we have  A leak in our roof. Once again I call Brian he came out and advised us on where he thought the leak was coming from which was completely different from where I thought it would be. He and his team came out completely waterproofed around our chimney which had created a roof rot and leak around the flashing of one of our roof vents. Brian took pictures showed us exactly where the problem occurred and what he and his team would do to fix the issue. Brian provided us with a very reasonable quoteand he and his team were able to complete the work in a day. I find Brian to be a complete professional, he will tell you what the problem actually is and will not cut corners simply to please a client. I argued with him that I thought that the leak was simply around the flashing of a vent. He proved me wrong with pictures and I was absolutely pleased that he did. I know the next major storm my roof will perform like new and as Brian outlined should last my lifetime.

These guys are very professional do quality work and I focused on doing the job right.

I called Brian, he drove down, checked it out and set a date. The work was completed on time for the price we agreed upon. The workers were courteous and diligent. Loved working with Brian.  As a broker, I used him serveral times to conduct a professional roof inspection for potential buyers.  I've found him to be very honest, sometimes reassuring my clients that what the inspector identified as an issue was in fact not an issue at all.  His inspections are very thorough, from the inside and the outside of the house.  I've also used him for repairs and his prices are very competitive and he was even able to prioritize for me what roofing issues were critical versus those issues that weren't urgent or were aesthetics only.

Would definitely use him again and again.

Brian from South County Roofing was outstanding. We needed a roof inspection for a home we are in escrow to purchase.  Brian came out within a couple days and did a thorough roof inspection, complete with a full report.  Even after seeing the report, I had additional questions.  Initially, we tried to address my concerns about the roof through e-mail, but when it seemed that e-mail communication was not working well enough, he picked up the phone and called me to discuss my questions about the roof and to give me more detail about it's condition.  He did not appear hesitant at all or charge for that additional time assuaging my concerns.  He genuinely appeared to want me to have a good understanding of the issues, and it felt like he was patient and willing to take as much time as was needed to help me understand the roof condition after his inspection!
