When I needed some repair work done to my roof, Kevin was very straightforward about what was needed. I was impressed with his honest professionalism and how accessible he always seems to be. The work that was performed was top notch. Although what my roof required was fairly minimal, Kevin made sure I was taken care of just the same as if I were having the entire roof replaced. I highly recommend Over The Top. They'll be the only one I call when I need work done in the future!

Kevin from over the top roofing does an excellent job! He is fast and reliable and very honest. Wonderful local company!  We needed a new roof and gutters and Kevin could not have made the process any easier.  The hardest part was choosing colors - which he put up with us switching last minute 3 times - so sorry about that!  He made multiple trips to our house to ensure the insurance adjuster was including all that needed to be.   In the end we got just what we wanted and LOVE our roof.  Kevin is the first contractor that we've ever worked with that was actually on time.  When he says 2-3 weeks -- it truly is 2-3 and not 6, 7, 8. . . .  His crew is polite and hardworking and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.  Highly recommend!

Kevin and his crew did my neighbors house and did a fantastic job. They started at a reasonable time and had there roof done by the end of the day. I then had kevin over to my house and had him look at my roof after the hail storm. His prices are reasonable and he was very professional I would recommend him to anyone.

Kevin was great to work with. I appreciated his timeliness and willing to provide prompt and timely feedback. They were able to start my house and finish all in one day. I did have some difficulty afterward getting an extra bundle of shingles right away, but he continued to work with me to get me the bundle of shingles I wanted for the future. He price-matched another company in town, which was great too. I would definitely recommend him to others in town.

I would recommend Over the Top Roofing and Construction to anyone needing a new roof.  We had hail damage due to a previous storm. When the first adjustor did not want to approve the claim because we had an older roof, Kevin fought for us and helped us get the claim approved. When we finally got the claim approved, we had a short turn time around due to the sale of the house and he fit us in and got the job done. Plus his crew was polite and great to work with. If you are needing a roof replaced, give Kevin a call.

Kevin and his crew at Over the Top roofing recently redid a roof on our sunroom that is attached to our house.  We didn't really know where to start, so Kevin came out to take a look at it and had the perfect suggestions.  We took his advice on the roll out roof that matched the color of the roof on our house.  Not only does it look fantastic, but it is insulating our sun room much better.

My husband and I just had a new roof put on. Over the top roofing was the best roofing contractor that we've found. Kevin was great, the price was good and the most important in any job is honesty and responsibility, and this company possess both. They even called me to check on the roof after the storm.

I called Kevin to replace the roof and gutters.  I had a short window because we were closing on the sale of the house in less that a week.  Kevin fit me in a couple of days later and finished everything before closing.  Kevin and his guys were very prompt and professional and did a great job!  Kevin also helped me understand and navigate the insurance process.

In our neighborhood we had multiple different roofing companies come in after the hail damage.  I watched how the workers treated my neighbor’s yard, house and time to do the job.  I saw everything from it taking 3 days and picnics all day from the workers and trash left everywhere.   Kevin’s group came it did the job right and fast, picked up everything like it was there house.  Kevin was awesome to work with on picking out the shingles and pricing.  I highly recommend his team!!

Kevin and the guys did an awesome job on our roof! Got it done quickly, and for a reasonable price. They then cleaned up their work area completely! I would recommend them to anyone!

Over the Top does great work!  Our insurance company was only going to cover our roof, but Over the Top had a rep meet with our insurance adjuster who also got them to include gutters and refinishing of our deck!  There was a miscommunication issue, but Over the Top was more than willing to make it right.  Would definitely give them our business again!

Put a roof on my commercial building in Waverly a little over  3 years ago and have had problems ever since.  The roof leaked and have had shingle blow off.  I have been trying  get a hold of them for over a month and they won't  return my calls.

These guys were great.
I was in a huge bind and they really came through for me on a very short notice. They brought a whole crew of guys and start to finish in 1 day. The supervisor of the crew was very knowledgeable about what they were doing and was able to answer everything that i had in layman's terms for me.
I would highly recommend these guys all day long

I can't say enough about this company. Kevin the owner has been nothing but professional, kind and absolutely a pleasure to work with. As for his working crew they were so nice.
