  One of my best decisions ever was to "shop around" and decide to contract with Nelson Contracting to replace my older shingled-roof with a metal one. Nelson's impressive team of professional installers put in some long hours in cold weather working on the project. The result is a high quality, beautiful roof that will compliment my home for decades to come! The cost was reasonable and competitive and came with "no mess "!! My hat is off to Nelson and crew for their professionalism and high standards. I definitely recommend contacting them first if you're considering any roof or home improvement services their company offers.

  I had roof failure from wind damage on a roof that was < 7 years old and < 3 years old from previous repairs from a different company. The insurance company told me they would only pay for the the repair of areas damaged until more than 40% of the roof was on the ground. The insurance company sent a sample in for analysis and told me the results were that there were shingles available for repair. I did not want the same roof repaired that had been failing for years, so I web evaluated roofing companies and contacted Nelson Contracting. Nelson Contracting was very prompt and gave us high quality options and expert opinions. They also said these original shingles are not available in our area (opposite of what our insurance company had reported). They said it would be worth the extra cost to have it tested again. They helped us with paperwork and processing, and they were right! It made a huge difference of what the insurance company was responsible. From a small amount for the repair to now paying for a full roof. It illustrated that Nelson’s experience mattered… a lot! The roof replacement was timely and professionally done. The area was kept clean and the completed product looks wonderful! We have had a few wind storms since the repair and the roofing material stayed quiet and in place giving us peace of mind during storms again. Nelson constructions attention to detail was 2nd to none as they insured that the job was done to our specifications before they departed the job. I would highly recommend Nelson Contracting for any of the services they provide based on my very positive experience. Ty

  We worked with Art. He was easy to work with and got back to us quickly. We did not have to deal with insurance they took care of that. Workers showed up when they said they would. Everyone involved was professional and did excellent work. I would not hesitate to call them again.
