  Very nice, prompt & professional people; a pleasure to work with! Wind and storm damage ripped off pieces of my roof fascia and were replaced and looking like new quickly! Also repaired leaky gutter and re secured my chimney cap. I would highly recommend this company!

  We should have gone with these guys in the first place! My fiance and I had a new roof put on our home in November 2021 with a different company. We had the original roofer come back to "fix" issues with the new roof several times. The original roofer made a bad choice about ventilation in the attic space which led to a severe mold issue and costed us thousands to have remediated. That's when we called GKontos to help. The service staff at GKontos are undeniably some of the most professional and kind people I have ever worked with. After explaining what was going on they immediately sent an assessor over so we could get started right away. They came to our home, inspected the roof, and began making plans for proper ventilation of our attic right away. They made time for us in their busy schedule and completed the job about a week after our initial meeting. Their team worked diligently and quickly to help us in our time of need. The president of the company George even came out to make sure everything was going well. He even offered to help us with any legal issues with our previous roofer! Now we have a beautiful new ridge vent and confidence in the roof over our heads again. All we can say is that if you are still looking for a roofer for a new roof, ventilation help or minor repairs and guidance, stop wasting your time calling anyone else and hire these guys. Our only complaint is that they don't have even more locations because every New Yorker deserves a GKontos roof!

  They did my daughter's roof last year and everything went so smooth and very professional that when I needed a new roof I never needed a second opinion. I went straight to them, and hired on the spot. Great experience and would recommend to anyone.
