  Had gutters installed. First of all I did not like the look of these huge gutters as they went over the top of my bottom shingle. I had to purchase and install another row of shingles to cover these ugly things. Another issue is the way they installed the gutters, they installed from west to east which means you can see every seam from the front yard. They also used a large head screw and within a couple weeks all the screw heads were poking through the shingle so now I have leaky shingles. I did not contact them to redo their work because if they made this many mistakes I do not have confidence that they will fix the problem correctly. Very bad experience! I also used this company to install shutters for my employer I called them because the gutter was not sloped properly and water sits in them. That was several months ago and they still have not fixed the problem. Steer clear of oostburg gutters.

  These guys replaced the gutters around my house a few months ago, but rather than disposing of all the metal brackets and screws from my old gutters, they just threw everything on the ground around the house and left it there. To this day I am still finding brackets, screws, and roof shingles around my yard and driveway. When I originally reached out for them to do the job, they told me it would be a couple weeks before they could get to my house. That wasn't a problem for me at all. They randomly showed up at my house one day completely out of the blue though to do the job, I had never gotten any sort of heads up or anything. Not a huge deal but it would have been nice to at least have known they were going to show up. They did a good job on the gutters overall, however they made a huge mess in my yard and I had no idea they were coming when they did.

  I'm sorry to hear that you found debris left behind. During winter months some removal items may get lost in the snow. If you call our office we would be happy to get your information and do a magnetic sweep to ensure clean up is complete.

  We had Oostburg Seamless install gutter guards on our home last fall. The work was expertly done and completed ahead of schedule. A week or so, during a very heavy rain I noticed water overflowing the gutter so I gave them a call. Less than 24 hours later they had someone out to the house to remove a small wasp nest that had clogged the water flow and we are back in business. Thank you for a great product and great customer service!
