  Mario was excellent and honest in analyzing that I needed to replace my roof instead of Continuous patching that will may not solve the leaking problems and will eventually cost more. Started the work and completed in record time. On time remodeling were really excellent and professional. So far I have no complaints. Glad my roof has been replaced and now I have a more than 30 year roof

  Awesome job by Mario and the whole crew at On Time Roofing. I hired him because he had a bunch of great reviews, and here I am adding on to the list of 5 Star Reviews! They were very professional, and affordable. He's probably the best contractor I've ever worked with.

  On Time Roofing did a great job, I highly recommend. My 4 flat building got 5-6 different quotes to repair our spotty leaky roof, the quotes ranged from complete tear outs with a new roof to patch work in soft spots with new pipe flashing . On Time Roofing provided a re-roof option where 3-4 weak spots were repaired, removed the limestone caps and then installed a new rubber membrane over the entire roof wrapping. Mario did not added to the quote with regards to the Included warranty, we're installing a roof deck next spring so a warranty is critical.The job was still done very thoroughly even though it took about an extra 2 days. I checked on the project and I was glad to see high quality material was used, much better material/craftsmanship than our old roof.
