  I needed someone to seal off some holes made by squirrels and put up a barrier to keep future squirrel attempts to get in the house from happening. After a few email exchanges, the owner seemed to become annoyed with my questions and unceremoniously dumped me with some excuse that the job was too complicated for them. A simple phone call would probably have been more efficient. But the sense that I got was that they weren't interested in anything other than signing a contract and doing the work. Sometimes you have to be willing to work with the client and answer some questions for the job to turn out aesthetically appealing. Maybe I have gotten the wrong impression from them but I don't think so. We'll be looking around some more before we hire someone.

  This irate person contacted me several times over the course of a two week period. We discussed at great length her animal problems on a number of different texts. Every time I explained our process for keeping squirrels out of her home... she would tell me that her “handyman said this” and her “plumber said that” and so on. After many very professional correspondences, I felt my expertise would not be sufficient for the anticipated dissatisfaction of this person. I told her I didn’t think I could make her happy and suggested she hire an exterminator or wildlife trapper. I have been in this industry for 37 yrs with my ,late, father, and now my son. We are one of the few reputable roofing contractors in lower westchester.

  Honest, reliable, and top quality work. What more can you ask for? Called them to fix a leaky roof. They located the problem and addressed the issues at a very fair price.
