  This company is absolutely the best! Ocala Roofing was the last estimate I received for my roof replacement. I am so glad I waited for their estimate! They were almost $2,000 cheaper than any other estimate I received. They were so professional, cleaned up every day after work, were on top of every little thing. These guys were so knowledgeable. When I thought they had the wrong colored shingle, they assured me that it was the correct shingle (which I verified) and Evan explained why the one I had picked was perferable. Alanna is the best and handles any questions with total professionalism. Would do business with them again and will highly recommend them to anyone I know. Let me say one more thing. After the installation, my dryer decided that it didn't want to work - of course I thought somehow my dryer vent got blocked. Wayne himself came to my house to check on my problem only to find out it was blocked down at my vent from the dryer end. This man actually came and totally cleaned out my dryer vent! You can't ask for better personal and professional service! What more can I say, please do business with them!

  Last year, while I was getting proposals from different companies to replace the roof at my house, I ended up having a productive conversation about roofs with the owner of Ocala Roofing. I asked questions to which I already knew the answers, just to test if he would take advantage of my ignorance, but he didn't. On the contrary, he was a straight shooter and provided more useful information than I was expecting, without wasting my time with the typical sales pitch. It was so refreshing to get straight and honest answers, that I made my decision to hire them on the same day that we had that conversation, which I normally don't do. Their price was competitive, they showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up everything. This year, I hired them again to install a roof at a rental property where I have a very picky tenant. They managed to keep her very happy and did a great job again. I'd certainly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Old school professionalism is rare to find nowadays. Alanna in the office is on top of everything and doesn't miss a step. Most certainly a 5+ stars company.

  When my husband and I realized that we needed to replace our roof,we immediately decided to do some research to find reputable roofing companies in our area. Finding roofing companies was not the problem, finding honest,knowledgeable, reliable companies was a bit more challenging. After careful review we decided on five (5)companies and had them each visit our home to provide us with estimates and a timeline for completion of the work/project. My husband was armed with a list of questions to ask in order to garner information about each company's pricing, materials, work practices and most importantly availability/accessibility to its clients. Are they available to answer questions, to do follow up if needed?Do they guarantee their work and are they knowledgeable about their craft/work?The answers to these questions were far more important to us than the actual pricing. Once we met the representative (Austin)from Ocala Roofing Inc. we knew they were the ones to do our job.Wayne and Alaana were phenomenal. Wayne was extremely knowledgeable and was available to answer all our questions. He definitely allayed our anxieties. It was evidently clear that he was an actual experienced roofer and not just the operator of a roofing company. Alaana the office manager, was very accommodating. She was able to schedule our roof replacement for mid December. The crew they dispatched to us was led by Evon and they were absolutely great! They were punctual, cordial and extremely professional. They worked assiduously to complete the job in the time specified. They were thorough in the clean up and waste removal process. We can and would most certainly recommend them to do any roofing job that you might have. You will not be disappointed. My husband Paul and I felt particularly blessed to have found their company to do our roofing job.
