  I noticed a leak in the kitchen ceiling. Joel Oberman came to my home and gave a free estimate. He is experienced enough to know and tell me "you can't tell a book by it's cover". After beginning the work we learned there was far more damage than anticipated. It turns out that the original builder used sub-standard materials (no surprise to me after living there many years). Joel took on a bigger job than planned, worked with my home owner's insurance representative, and saw the job to completion. He work is excellent, his price was fair, and I am looking forward to Joel Oberman doing further re-modeling.
