  HOUCK has been the roofing contractor at Cathedral Village ( summer / fall 2020) and has done a very poor job. My parents just had their roof fully restored by HOUCK Roofing and today, during a normal rainfall, the water is pouring in. My 81 year old mother has been living with repeated leaks in HOUCK roofing work.

  Their employee tshirts all day “safety first” yet the few I’ve witnessed were not social distancing with patrons or wearing masks while inside a busy public place. What safety are they putting first?

  Hi John! Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. At Houck, Safety is one of our core values. Our goal is to continually ensure employee and customer safety, and that is especially true as we return to work under new guidelines. Because some aspects of our work requires employees to be less than 6 feet apart, we require those employees to be wearing masks. We've passed your concern along to our Safety Director to relay continued reminders to our team to practice safe social distancing when possible and to wear proper PPE use at all times.
