  We called NorthStar Restoration after fire/smoke damage occurred in our home. We had a different company in our home at first that did a horrible job. I called NorthStar Restoration and met with Al and felt very comfortable and confident with their ability to do the job correctly after our conversation. I had another meeting with Al and Michelle and the insurance adjuster for a plan to have our home restored with there deep cleaning process and to eliminate the smoke smell. Michelle and a crew of 5 other cleaning technicians showed up at our home and stated cleaning. The crew was extremely professional, friendly and enjoyed being around my dog. Michelle checked in with me each day to see if there were any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed from us. Jeane and and I were extremely satisfied with not only the service that was provided but also with the cleaning technicians, Michelle, Al and the company they represent. Thank You! Jerry

  I was very pleased with the service I received from North Star Restoration. Definitely worth a five star review. Chris was on time (5 minutes early). He quoted me a time of an hour and a half to complete the work. He completed the upholstery cleaning in an hour and twenty minutes. The furniture looks and smells great. He was kind and professional. Well worth the money.

  NorthStar is the best of the best. I had them clean my carpets and they looked brand new when they were done. Everyone I've interacted there from techs to managers exhibit true passion for what they do.
