  We used Northern to do two sliding glass doors last year and based on the workmanship and the rest - we chose them again for replacement of 14 windows in our home. Brian and his team arrived on time and made easy work of the 14 windows. They did a great job, finish work was well done and the windows were completed within two days as promised. We are already noticing the lack of any drafts or cool air entering the home. Highly recommend and really appreciate their work.

  We needed our sliding door replaced as it very dated and would leak during heavy rain storms. Our neighbor next door recommended them so we called for an estimate and went ahead with the installation. Because of supply chain issues, it took almost 5 months to have them made. The technician finally came in, and put the door up. There was no header issues which was a relief and he fixed the flashing behind the siding. After being done, my neighbor who recommended NW pointed out that it didn't look like his door (no toe kick board and no capping on the door frame). So I called NW and explain the issue and had our technician come back to finish the door. I appreciate a company that will make good and will work with you.

  The team at Northern Windows, from the office staff to the installation crew, provides excellent service - friendly, professional, and responsive. We were prepared to wait for the installation of our new windows and front door, but everything came in 4 months earlier than expected! We’re very happy with the workmanship and products!
