  What a professional, customer service driven and contracting excellence experience this was from start to finish! Mike Cohen was a great first contact and he followed everything through. Green Collar's estimate, communications on line and via phone were clear and on target. The roof and gutter crew were exemplary especially considering mother nature's cold and rain. Everything was done properly and our property was left immaculate. Mike came and gave everything one last inspection and we couldn't be happier!! If you are looking for professional, reliable and courteous services, Green Collar Contracting Inc is amazing!!

  We had a long term, “heavy weather” leak through a skylight that several roofers had tried to fix with extra tar flashing or had simply proposed replacing the skylight. Green Collar was recommended by a neighbor and Dave Wilkins came over. He performed a truly forensic examination of the situation on the roof and in the attic. He felt the leak was not due to the skylight or the flashing but caused by a transitional area above the skylight where two roofs met and water was getting in under the shingles and membrane and finding its way down to the skylight opening. He offered several options to fix the problem, and I selected a focused replacement of an area of shingles, membrane and flashing at the problem area. Dave was careful in selecting the type and color of new shingles to match our 15 year old roof. The work was done in a day by Willis and Ron who were both knowledgeable and cheerful and kept me informed as they explored the problem area until they found and repaired the source of the leak. The roof looks great (no visible patch) the yard was left clean and tidy and, given the heavy rains and wind over the last two weeks, the leak seems finally to be fixed. The price was very fair compared to what other roofers had charged or proposed to charge, but would not have fixed the problem! And a shout-out to Allison in the office. Always responsive and helpful with communications and the paperwork. Highly recommended company.
