  North Ridge Homes remodeled our 1950’s kitchen into a beautiful, efficient room where I now love to cook. They did such a professional job and were so wonderful to work with that we hired North Ridge Homes again to remodel our 1950’s bathroom. In both projects they totally redesigned the spaces, moved walls and gave us the most space possible. Dale and Jessica were with us every step of the way bringing their expertise, creativity and care for our home.

  I've been involved with using North Ridge Homes on 3 occasions. The first project was the removal of a bathtub and installation of a handicap shower for my mother-in-law, It was professionally done, on-time and something she loved. A few years later in 2006, North Ridge constructed our 4000 sq ft custom home on an undeveloped 14 acre property. The work included extensive rock jack hammering to create a bench for the home, a 1000 sq ft detached garage, and yards and garden. Utilities had to be brought to the site and an area around the home had to be cleared of trees. Because the house sits above the surrounding property, there was also considerable rock placement required. Northridge spent considerable energy in making sure that the architect's plans were buildable to minimize changes. The most impressive part of the build was that after 14 years in the home there have been no issues and only minor maintenance items have been required. In 2015 we used North Ridge again for a 960 sq ft addition to our vacation home. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but Dale was amazing in taking our thoughts and putting it to a plan. The addition complements the original open beam design and it's hard to believe it's an addition. North Ridge is easy to work with and has always offered great suggestions on how to make it your dream home. They are a 1st rate contractor and I would highly recommend them, if you want a quality build, done right, and on time.

  We hired North Ridge to do a multitude of projects on our home...everything from roofing and gutters to a bathroom remodel. The attention to detail was meticulous, the timeline was fantastic, and the professionalism of the owners and workers far exceeded our expectations! We would never use another contractor for the needs of our home!
