  Watch out for Lexar's "Turnkey Fee" for construction supervision. The one year term of my construction loan has come and gone. Lexar has still not completed my home. I have now had to extend the construction loan twice. I have attempted to contact the owners of Lexar on multiple and they have refused to return my call or give any explanation. From what I have seen so far the actual construction of the home appeads to be pretty nice but once you sign on the dotted line their customer service is seriously lacking. It appears that Lexar has possibly taken on more work than they can handle. I have kept detailed notes throughout this process and will update my review with specifics upon completion of the project. Lexar still has a chance to step up to the plate but my faith in them has faded.

  Great experience...John explained and showed us what a Lexar build could look like...so much information and transparency in pricing. I'm confident this is going to be our guy that we will be building with!
