  New View Roofing helped replace our roof that was damaged by hail storm. Joey Hong was our contact at New View Roofing. He is such a great guy. He made the whole process so smooth for us. He did the inspection, took care of insurance, got everything scheduled for us and made the roof replacement so easy for us. Perfect gentleman! Really happy with my experience with Joey and New View Roofing. It was really a 5 star service.

  I would highly recommend Nick Catanese from New View Roofing. He made the process of replacing our roof with a metal roof and getting new gutters installed so easy. Nick is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had about the metal roof. Nick also went above and beyond in every aspect of the roofing project, from working with our insurance, the whole process, the quality of work, clean up, follow up and entire timeline from start to finish. Awesome job!! Thank you Nick!!

  New View Roofing replaced our roof due to hail damage about a month ago (Feb 2022). We are one of the biggest skeptics of roofing companies as there seems to be someone knocking on our door every other week. In fact, we see roofing contractors as piranhas. However, we happened upon New View after seeing one of our neighbors having work done on her fence. Fortunately for us, New View Roofing bucked our skepticism, and it wasn’t without some initial resistance. Our manager, Burton Hughes was exceptional. He was proactive about following up with us but was never pushy. He always arrived early, was on top of the process, patient in explaining the process, made things happen quickly, ensured the highest attention to detail, and even offered some suggestions. Our roof looks so much cleaner with the ridge vents that he suggested. In addition, he arrived early on a Sunday AM even though our insurance company only gave us late notice Saturday afternoon that an adjuster was coming out to inspect our roof the next morning. Who would have known adjusters work on a Sunday? Burton worked closely with our insurance company to ensure that all the damages were truly considered and was able to get additional coverage for us. As far as the roofing crew, they were incredibly efficient and conscientious. They also arrived early, started work promptly and worked diligently to replace our roof in one day. We are still in awe that the work was completed in just one day. New Roof does not subcontract out the work, so the quality of the crew’s work stands out. The team is skilled, and they work so smoothly together to remove, repair, replace and even clean-up. As minor as that sounds, this company stands out amongst other roofing companies because they invest money on people to ensure that nails and damaging debris are picked up properly on both our premise and our neighbors’ property after the formal work was done. That was not the case with some of our other neighbors who used other companies. We could go on and on about New View Roofing and our manager Burton Hughes. Trust us – New View Roofing is a top-notch roofing company, and you will not go wrong entrusting them with you roof, gutter, or fence replacement and repairs. And if you do use them, ask for Burton! He will take care of you, make your needs a priority, and is overall exceptional!
