FAZ ROOFING is the worse customer service experience that I’ve ever encountered. Consider other roofing companies before this one. I was a returning customer. This time, the quality was horrible. Shingles on my roof were not properly sealed, they messed up my satellite tv, which a DIRECTV technician had to come out and fix, and they also fixed a few other things that they messed up. After coming back a few times to complete the work,I paid them in full. Later Ruben Faz (the owner) wanted to charge me an additional $175 for a piece of wood ($7.30) in which they messed up and replaced. Ruben sent nasty/threatening text messages to my phone (which I will use for court purposes) because I simply asked him to break down those unnecessary charges. This was totally unprofessional on top of the poor work that was done. I would look elsewhere for future roofing and would never refer this company to anyone else. RESPONSE: Go figure that you would come on here and reply to attempt to clean your name by making me seem as if I am wrong. I TOLD YOU that your guys messed up my satellite and stopped my cable from working that day you came to my house due to poor sealing of the shingles, the holes they put in the front of my house, and the wood that they chipped. (I have pictures too). I have the work order and the receipt for that DIRECTV repair. If you wasn't so busy trying to go back and forth with me that day you would've clearly heard me. Apparently you don't listen to your customers. And the fact that you sent me nasty, ugly messages, and to top it off, name calling messages (WHICH I HAVE AS PROOF AND WILL POST THEM IF YOU CONTINUE THIS NONSENSE) is ridiculous and unheard of coming from a so called place of business. You are very unprofessional as a business owner. You need to learn how to LISTEN and TALK to your customers. The fact is you did not do a good job on my home, which is why you had to come back a few times. I'm sure you wouldn't like it Ruben if someone did a halfway job on your home. So yes, MY CONCERNS MATTER!!! Although it does not to you. You lost my business, my neighbor's business, and my brother-in-law's business that you would've had. I was a RETURNING CUSTOMER BECAUSE I TRUSTED YOUR COMPANY WITH MY HOME!!! BIG MISTAKE!!!!

Mr. Melvin Ashley, I am sorry you feel that you didn't have a great experience with our company. You did not mention anything about your satellite to us, if you had we would've gladly explained that realignment of the dish could be necessary after the roof replacement per your contract. The roofers did not damage the piece of fascia we repaired per your request. Since your initial concern about the damage to the fascia we kindly sent you photos of your home before the roof was replaced, the photos were taken by our employees prior to starting the roof replacement. We also sent you photos from google maps of your home before we replaced your roof. In all photos provided to you the damage to the fascia is present and visible. Even after seeing the damage was there prior to the roof replacement you asked if we could please repair for you. When we completed the repair we took the piece of fascia to you in person so that you could see for yourself how old and aged the damage on the fascia was. We completed the repair on March 24th and that same day you expressed your satisfaction via text message. You told our company via phone and text messages you were very satisfied with us and would recommend us in the future to everyone. You agreed to mail the payment to our company, only to later refuse to pay because the cost was broken down for you (we later provided the broken down cost). As your concern was that the cost of the piece of fascia was extremely low compared to our repair cost, we kindly explained that any company you would hire would not charge you the piece of fascia only. It was a fascia repair to a steep 2 story home including trip charges, materials, and labour. We really tried to work with you by offering everything we could do to make sure you were satisfied with the repair. It is very unfortunate that you could have anything negative to say after all the help we offered and provided. **To any potential future customers** We are unsatisfied with this comment and feel it is a shame that our company name be defamed this way. If there are any doubts that the statement above made by our company is inaccurate we would gladly provide the evidence/photos we have to you.

***Ruben's last roof lasted 15 years and was tattered and torn by the Texas Climate. He just installed Roof #2 for me. Quality of installation once again off the charts. His crew was speedy, efficient and professional. I highly recommend him to anyone. He has been around longer than most of the area roofers. Pricing fair and reasonable. Very low key patient individual. Great guy to work with. When I move, he will be my roofer of choice at my new place whether it is a self designed new build or an existing build. *** From estimate to finishing out the job, September 2004, this company was professional and thorough in their work. The quality of the job was over the top!! Had one problem which Ruben the owner came out and took care of that day! A great company to do business with. Quality Integrity Service.
