Adam Zeller with New Image roofing went above and beyond with our installation. Mr Zeller did most of the leg work for us. He made the whole process quick and easy. He was always up front and honest through out our roof install. I would highly recommend using this company and request Adam Zeller as you sales man, you will not be dis appointed. We will be using him for our company’s commercial installer too. He has earned all of our future business.

With COVID-19 it was hard to find a contractor to come out and repair a problem in our roof (leak) that ruined our front porch. This constant rainy weather these past few weeks did not help the situation either. There were delayed responses from other companies as well as other contractors who could not fix all our concerns due to COVID-19 limitations. I am so glad I found this company! They were responsive and communicative and willing to address and repair all our main concerns. Zach was professional, responsive and ultimate a great person to work with! It was such a relief to find a responsive company that could get our residential repair completed expeditiously and for a reasonable cost. They are veteran friendly! I would highly suggest this company to anyone with emergent roof concerns during this pandemic. They will get the job done immediately and strive to address all your concerns. Attached are the photos of the porch damage caused by leakage in the roof. New Image roofing first repaired the leak in our roof. Gave it a day or two to allow for rain to see if it was still leaking (it was not!). Then they repaired the porch roof. Thank you so much New Image Roofing!

Others may have had a good experience, but ours was horrible. New Image gives a 30 warranty which is only helpful if the work is done right and they can fix the problems, which they CAN"T. We didn't find out until too late that New Image uses subcontractors that must not have been vetted at all. We have three chimneys and the flashing job around these leaked on two of them, one to the tune of a gallon every 2 hours or so requiring me to go up into the attic to try to catch as much water as possible at all hours of the day and night. Unfortunately, the leak was in a room that we used for storage and we didn't discover the leak until my lungs started reacting to the mold caused by the leak! My wife and I both were sick for weeks, never mind the stress caused by the whole mess. It took several attempts to stop this leak, meanwhile more water kept coming in. The other chimney leak was never fixed despite numerous tries to correct it. We finally had to have Dr. Roof come and they fixed it in one attempt! The mold remediation and room repair cost us thousands of dollars. We were in the process of getting our house ready to sell and had to disclose that there was a mold issues that required remediation, decreasing the value of our house. New Image was no help with the insurance claim process for which we had to go through the subcontractor. We started the claim process four months ago and have just now come to a settlement, which will not cover all the costs. This was a total mess! If you have a straight forward job with no chimneys, this company MIGHT be adequate, but if not, do yourself a big favor and call Dr. Roof instead.
Response from the owner
Hi Lance, Under normal circumstances, we would be extremely upset by your one-star review. However, considering that you and Dave Lineberry of Southern State Roofing Pros plotted to commit insurance fraud, we are not surprised by your post. While everyone has their story, here is ours: New Image Roofing completed the roof at your property in November 2020. Dave Lineberry was your project manager and was in control of your install. At a later date, Dave told us you were experiencing a minor leak and he and Cameron would take care of it. A few weeks later, the office was notified the leak was not fixed, so the company owner came out to assess the problem. He was very surprised that neither Cameron nor Dave had ever been on the roof. We then sent our crew out to your property, and you (the homeowner) refused our crew access, stating Dave and Cameron had since fixed the leak. Months later we get a phone call from you the leak was never fixed and there was excessive damage to a room you had not entered in months. Here is the coincidental part, in those months we had released Dave from our company, and Dave (with 2 months of experience) decided to start a water detection company and roofing company of his own. At that point, we requested proof of the damage and received one estimate from a company for water remediation and a photo of a baseball-sized watermark on the ceiling. You then sent that estimate to the insurance company, stating you had paid this company over $7,000 and were entitled to reimbursement. Ironically, in your review on Dave’s page, you tell a different story stating Dave and Cameron did the work for you (whatever work that may be?) Bottom line, your review on Dave’s company page vs. the review on our page vs. what you told the insurance company are all completely different versions. We firmly believe that you and Dave falsified events to try to profit off an insurance claim. Our biggest regret is allowing Dave to work for our company; however, we are fortunate we were able to see him for the scam artist he is and were able to release him before any other customers were victimized.
