Randy was great to work with. He took his time going over the estimate and explaining the difference. During the job he was on site making sure everything was done properly and sent progress photos showing they were doing what they had contracted to do and were not cutting any corners. They were not the cheapest company but replacing a roof is something you want to do right the first time. I highly recommend Randy and his team.

Randy was fantastic! He communicated extremely well and was very honest and helpful about deciding what absolutely needed to be done to our roof and what we could just watch and see. He came on the weekend to give us an estimate and the work was completed quickly. We will absolutely use him again and highly recommend him to others.

Randy is an incredibly trustworthy individual to work with.  We had received a couple of estimates to "repair' a leak in the roof, but Randy actually correctly diagnosed the issue, and saved us thousands of dollars.  While other roofing contractors would have collected the money and not fully resolved the issue, Randy made a decision to build trust with us and gave us a much less expensive alternative solution; and for that reason alone we will always use Abbott Brothers for all roofing needs.

Randy was awesome! Totally responsive, communicative, professional, neat, considerate, attentive to detail and he went above and beyond. With the skylight replacement there needed to be roof repair/shingle replacement and when the color wasn’t perfect he went out twice to try and find a better match. I was ready to settle but he didn’t give up, he matched it beautifully. Super nice and personable too!  Totally recommend!

Randy Abbott of Abbott Brothers Contracting, LLC recently replaced two leaky skylights and repaired the roof around them at my home. His work was true to his estimate.  He completed the work in one day, doing a superb job.  I waited until after there was a good rain before submitting this review in order to report that there were no leaks.  He left the work area cleaner than he found it when cleaning up after he completed the work on the roof.  I would highly recommend this company.

I've had Abbott Bros. come fix my roof on two separate occasions.  The first time I had some shingles blown off in a storm due to the builder's faulty installation. Randy inspected the damage and sent pictures of all the issues as well as some unseen to the naked eye.  I had them replace the bad section of the roof and well as some improperly installed roof vents.  They were very polite and took great care with everything.  The completed on time for the estimated price and left the yard perfectly clean.    When I had an inspection years later that identified a few issues on other areas of the roof, Abbott Bros. was the obvious choice.  I called, Randy came out, identified all the issues and scheduled the repair promptly.  They came out and a fixed every issue for exactly what was estimated.

When our seven skylights began leaking, I reached out to Randy. From the beginning he was extremely responsive, heavily involved and personally invested in making sure we had a great experience. When new repair issues were discovered and when unexpected weather and product shipping setbacks occurred, he and his team adjusted their approach and their schedules and put in extra long days to get it all done. Throughout the experience, Randy displayed the perfect balance of concern for our needs, friendliness and professionalism. To top it off, his pricing was very fair and biased to favor the customer. I could not recommend Abbot Brothers more highly!

After being ghosted by three roofers referred to me by neighbors and friends, I thankfully found Randy through an Atlanta-based referral service. He strives for excellence and even perfection in customer service, and he achieves these results. Randy replaced my roof on my primary residence and detached garage. What should have been a simple job turned into a myriad of challenges, from an unexpected abundance of rotted and broken wood to sub-par installation of the detached garage roof. Randy was on-site throughout the construction process, overseeing every aspect of the installation. He sent photos and communicated potential problems, offering solutions, and implementing them thoroughly. I loved working with Randy and only wish that he offered additional construction services so that I could continue to hire him. I highly recommend him for any of your roofing needs!

Randy is amazing. He came out, did an inspection, gave honest feedback and recommendations - including what could be done, what should be done, and what risks were associated so I could make an informed decision about what I should do. He was patient and informative - and answered all of my questions (I asked more than any normal person I am sure). He also did high quality work, in a timely fashion, and was extremely responsive and flexible. There is zero doubt in my mind that I will use them for any and all roofing needs.
