  This is a superb company. They are very courteous and professional. They also went with details to explain the work they do and the materials they use prior to the beginning of their works. When it comes to doing their works, their workers were very professional and efficient too. Everything was done with attention to all details. After all works were done the grounds was checked and rechecked to make sure there was no nails and all debris were picked up and hauled away and our grounds and driveway were clean and spotless. We are extremely thankful to have this professional company to redo our roof and replace some gutters and downspouts. This is the company we will highly recommend to our friends and to anyone.

  I just wanted to share my experience, and explain why I was very pleased with their service. 1. They were extremely patient with us. It took us *way* too long to pick a shingle color. They were completely patient the entire time. They sent us addresses of houses with different shingle colors to look at, brought samples, and answered tons of questions. 2. They kept us updated on the progress of the project. I was not home the day they installed the shingles, so Brendan sent me pictures and videos of the progress throughout the day. I didn't really need those (I trusted him that I would have a new roof when I got home), but it was nice knowing how things were progressing. 3. They were able to get our roof replacement approved by insurance. When Jenna knocked on the door to see if we wanted them to inspect the roof, I told her they were welcome to take a look, but another roofing company had tried a few months earlier and been unable to get it approved. Brendan climbed on the roof, said there was damage, and contacted the insurance company. They then did a second inspection (with Brendan present), and approved the claim. 4. They went the extra mile. We have three skylights, and they were covered in tree sap (or whatever gets on skylights). They cleaned the skylights without being asked. You might think that's not a big deal, but we had had another roofing company do work *on our skylights* a few months before Natural State came by, and that roofing company cleaned only the very edges of the skylight (just enough that they could caulk around the edges). It might not seem like a big deal, but it beats me having to climb up there and clean them!

  Natural State Restoration and Roofing worked with my insurance company to replace my roof. They finished in a day and a half, as discussed. I was informed of the progress until the job was completed. They left the job site completely free of debris. I was very impressed with their work and professionalism. Thank you Brendan and crew!
