  Every interaction I have had with Radke Insurance in the 5 years I have been a customer has been nothing short of incredible! Every individual is knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you have. However, I have to give a special mention to my agent, Ms. Jennifer! My car was totaled in a collision (Dec. 2021) and unfortunately claims took a little longer than usual. I called Ms. Jennifer to get a little peace of mind. Not only did she offer me that much needed peace of mind, she made sure my claim was processed in a more timely manner. THANK YOU Ms. Jennifer for being a rock star agent! :)

  The customer service is amazing. Found out after three months that I had no insurance on my vehicle since the dealer supposedly took care of adding it. Called Radke in a panic and within 15 minutes, it was taken care of and they even notified DMV for me. This isn’t the first time I have had such wonderful service. I will be a loyal customer for life!!
