Aaron arrived on time and did a thorough job.  He sat down with us after the inspection to discuss his findings and answer any questions we might have. He let us know up front what the scope of the inspection covered and what was not. The individual in the office did a great job as well,  explaining the operations/payment side of the business.  Both were professional and responsive. We will recommend them to anyone who wants a home inspection.

Great company to do business with!!! Inspection was a reasonable price and service was great!!! Justin arrived on time. He took the time to answer any questions I had during the inspection. After the inspection, he sat down and went over his findings. I received a copy of my report later that evening. I didn't have to wait 2 or 3 days for a report. Thanks Justin (inspection and great customer service) and Aaron the owner great customer service too!!! I highly recommend this National Property Inspections.

Ordered a home inspection on a new home as the builders warranty was ending soon. Aaron inspected the house and I couldn't be happier with the results and service. He arrived on time, performed a great inspection, provided a thoroughly documented (with pictures) report the same day, and was easy to to work with throughout the process. Ultimately went with NPI due to the competitive and quick quote, the abundance of warranties provided, and the friendliness of the staff. Aaron & Justin were super friendly but mostly professional. They listened to my concerns and made sure to review them during the inspection. Everything was done in a decent amount of time, but you could tell they were thorough. After they inspected our home, they made sure to cover every single thing they found! I am glad that we spent a few dollars to in the end save us thousands and heartache later. The report was sent to me in less than 24hours with pictures and explanation of repairs needed. Definitely will recommend them if you need a 3rd party inspector for your home!
