We were very pleased with My Roofing Crew for installing our new roof on September 24, 2021.  We had hail damage to our roof in the spring and we contacted My Roofing Crew.  We worked with James Perrigo, the project manager.  James was great to work with and did an excellent job!  James first inspected our roof and found lots of damage.  He met with our insurance adjuster and helped us by pointing out all the damage on the roof from the hail storm.  The installers did a great job on the take off of the old roof and installing the new shingles.  They were careful with our property and cleaned up all the debris.  James monitored the work being done and kept us updated on the progress. Noel came the next day to get the trailer with the old materials, and he was such a super nice guy!!  James was friendly, very courteous and professional.  He came back a few days later to check and make sure we were happy with our roof.  Thank you My Roofing Crew.

I would recommend My Roofing Crew to anyone looking for any type of roofing work! From their owner, to their estimating team and field superintendents- they helped me! They will be your advocate if you need help going through insurance, they operate professionally, they are courteous and eager to help you. Customer service was unbelievable. I can't say enough good things about Noel Garza and My Roofing Crew. A tree fell on our house and damaged our roof. Noel came out and took care of everything, including aspects of the job that technically weren't his responsibility. He hired a framer to repair the damage to the frame and roof decking, and a drywall man to repair damage to the interior ceiling. He's also a just a great person to deal with: honest, reliable, and professional.

My Roofing Crew has some great employees!  The office staff was polite and super helpful and the crew that came out to fix our roof were equally as polite.  As a person who loves her home, I want folks to care about it as much as I.  The clean up was great, how they stored materials was great as well.
