  José is so friendly and goes out of his way to help with emergencies even when he’s swamped with jobs. He fixed our dryer at the beginning of the pandemic when no one else would come out and then helped to troubleshoot our washing machine recently. He was very honest about the possible causes of the washer’s problems and the likelihood that certain actions would fix it or not. In the end, we just decided to get new appliances that were reliable since there was no easy/cheap/quick/reliable fix and ours are quite old now and out of warranty. I really appreciate his knowledge and practicality and generous spirit even when he isn’t gaining anything! And he stands by his work.

  Joe was awesome to work with. He communicated well, showed up on time and knew right away what the problem with my dryer was. He fixed it quickly and was pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him!

  I am writing again, because i would like everyone to know that Joe, Montana Affordable Services, has come through again! He fixed my dryer and managed to save me money in the process. Again he was professional, on time as well as coming out and fixing in 2 days. Could not ask for more. No one can go wrong using Joe. Highly recommend! I don't normally post these things but Joe has helped us with multiple appliance repairs. He even helped facilitate repairs with our home warranty. Very happy with his professionalism, and response time, even when very busy. This last need was our stove/oven, he worked to help in a timely manner so we could get cooking again. No trouble recommending him.
