Nathan was great to work with and was able to complete the job just in time for winter. Since we were out of the country for part of the time he took the extra step of sending photos and videos throughout the process and let us know where they were at each day. The crew was nice and worked diligently each day. The finished product is amazing, we are finally getting to enjoy the roof almost a year later thanks to covid. Snow is quietly sliding off now compared to the rumble or icing issues we had in the past. Highly recommend!!!

I love Artisan! Prompt, professional, and pleasant. Their entire team is so great to work with. They really go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. Nathan and his team are the best out there! They have top notch skilled tradesman. We are a Bed and Breakfast and appreciated their professionalism and cleanliness as they moved along. They went above and beyond at times and really made the job easy for us to handle. One of their team members even took special care and concern for our dog that got loose one day. Just can't say enough. The roof and our 5 new skylights look wonderful!!! Thanks Artisan!!!
