  Zac and team really stepped in as a team and took care of us. Our house in Port Orford is not that old but takes a betting. We developed a small leak that the team quickly discovered was a much bigger problem that had been covered up. They fixed it right and did an excellent job painting the whole house, all while we we dealing with a family issue out of town. We can't thank them enough and now consider them part of the family.

  Zach was great. Responsive, concerned about our place and made a collection of suggestions to us that were above and beyond the call, saving us money and providing us with help in other areas. I'll be using them again.

  Monolithic Design and Build built me a wonderful home in Port Orford. Their design ideas were great and their attention to detail impressive. My house has become a popular vacation rental in part due to the quality of home they built.
