  Before Midwest, I had two horrific experiences with construction trade in QC. I had a huge project needing to be done during this crazy pandemic, and an employee at Moline glass gave me two names that are “excellent professionals” both companies came out with bids. BUT Midwest (specifically Howard) followed up after bid submission and explained each aspect of the contract. Howard’s professionalism, patients,organization were exemplary. My home is six sided so, unique. The owner actually came to the site and worked closely with Howard. Howard continually prepared me supply chain issues along the way. The teams that worked on siding, ? On time, thorough, friendly, the gutter crew, same! Don’t look any further if you want quality, beauty, and the job done right.

  Great experience with a kitchen remodel. Terry was awesome to work with and really understood what we were looking for. He didn't try to up sell us on more work or different products. Quality work, and all questions were answered and concerns addressed. We did some of the work and they were flexible in allowing us to do the floors and backsplash. All around great.

  I contacted them to get an estimate for roof replacement. Initially I was told I didn’t need to be home for the estimate. I informed him I needed a window replaced and some gutter work. Long story short… he came out….looked… and left. Apparently there is software they use. I did get the estimate….. did not include window/gutter work. I had four estimates. They were the only one that never put forth the effort to climb a ladder, inspect the roof for layers of shingles as well as other factors that would effect the cost of the project by possibly a few thousand dollars. Any consideration to use them was gone once his truck left my driveway.
