  We had Michael build our screen in porch on our new home and they did a really great job. All of the guys were easy to get along with!!

  My husband and I recently added an extensive addition to our home that was built in 1954, as well as a three car garage with large a storage/workroom. We also completely remodeled the whole house as well. Michael Langley was our contractor and he and his subs did an excellent job for us. From planning, to framing, to drying in and finishing the garage and master bedroom and bathroom addition that came out beautifully, to completely rewiring, replumbing and installing new HVAC in the existing house as well as moving closets and doorways, resurfacing plaster walls, refinishing wood floors, completely gutting the kitchen and guest bathroom and finishing them better than we ever expected. We could not be happier with Michael’s work ethic and attention to detail. He is also a fine Christian man and is honest and dependable. He went above and beyond what we expected and we highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

  Worst builder in the world. Owned our home a little over a year and it’s falling apart. Floors were done wrong and had to excavate under the house to brace and fix correctly. One corner of the house the foundation was falling in and leaking water under the house. Had to fix that. Couldn’t use the garage because he put the wrong size doors on it and the opening was to small. AC died at a year and a half was supposed to be new. Don’t go by inspection or inspectors. Always trust your judgment. Warranties are great but don’t cover everything. Langley takes advantage of seniors and doesn’t care about anything but a buck. Builds to make the buck and fall apart when warranty runs out. Doesn’t stand behind his work. Watched them build in our neighborhood. Doesn’t have professionals working for him or visits his sites often. Don’t buy his houses. Not worth the money. Wished I would have bought a BARNES home. I’m stuck with mine until I fix it. At least it will be a correct and very livable home when I’m done. Hope this helps any home buyers.
