Carolina Contractors was engaged for repairs by the realtor prior to closing on November 16, 2018 for a property located in Rocky Mount, NC. Repairs included replacing rotten wood on the front porch, caulking & painting. At time/date of closing, repairs were partially completed. Contractor stated repairs would be completed within approx 90 days as the wood replaced needed time to cure before painting and that caulking (where necessary) would also be completed at that time. Contractor has been contacted several times to request service be completed. In May 2019 Contractor stated work would be completed by June 1. As of early July, the work is still not completed and contractor is not returning calls. If you use this contractor, do not pay for services until everything is completed.
