  Out of all the roofers I hired, MFR has to be one of the worst. At first seemed like organized professional company. They came out and gave an good estimate and explained details throughly, but when their crew showed up it was a different story. No leadership or supervision. I went outside couple times, till I finally found out who was in charge, so I could explain to supervisor about a vent I needed changed. After I woke up, because I worked nights. I found multiple issues with the job they had done. For one the put wrong color water dripping. Also i found that they had broke part of my electrical breaker box pole. I also had them re-deck the roof, but the issue was how the put the step flashing on the porch. They never explained they were gonna put outside the siding. Which looked terrible, but second the way they caulked it afterwards. Sloppy workmanship. They did come back and change out water drip flashing to correct color and rig up some trim over step flashing, but still looked terrible. Afterwards I had to hire another contractor to fix siding area. One last thing I need to mention I'm still finding nails around the house from the job. I will not being hiring this company again.

  I had a very pleasant experience working with MFR roofing. They actually answered their phone and I was able to talk to an actual human. They came out and gave me an estimate, and completed the job in a timely manner. I thought the price was competitive, and they did an excellent job! I would definitely refer them!
