Maxim did an excellent job installing a new roof on my home.  They arrived a week earlier than originally expected and got the job done in 11hrs.  Matt and Gatlin were a pleasure to work with; very professional and responsive throughout the entire process.  I would highly recommend Maxim to anyone looking to get a new roof installed.

Update 2 months later: A crew from Maxim came back to flash around the rooftop units now that they are properly curbed. Also after calling Durolast about our warranty because we were experiencing new leaks, they pushed us to have Maxim come back which happened last week and so far, no more leaks!

Original review - October 2019
The organization I work for hired them and paid $150,000 to them to do new flat roofs on 2 commercial buildings in Flint and the subcontractors were verbally unprofessional with our tenants, and the owner Matt did not communicate with us about the need to raise some of our rooftop HVAC units onto curbs for proper flashing until the walkthrough on the last day of the job. Then once we paid them in full, they became unresponsive to new roof leaks that occured for the first time after the new roof installation - I would not recommend them.

Maxim roofing did an amazing job with my roof, very professional company! I couldn’t be happier!
