  We had a great experience with Vinyl Sash. Ryan was very professional in helping educate us and choose our windows and doorwall. Vinyl Sash has excellent quality and price in comparison with other stores we looked at. Both Mike's (Quality and Installation) were very professional and enjoyable to work with.

  Ryan came over to give us a quote and did a good job. We told him that we were not ready quite yet and there was no pressure from them. About a year later, my wife and I were talking about windows again, when I received a random call from the office asking if we were interested in windows. I told them to give me a fresh quote and that's what they did. After working through the details with Ryan, we eventually hired them to install 11 windows and 1 patio door. The install went smooth and we are very happy with the end product. After about a week we opened the windows for the first time and a couple of them need some adjustment. I called the office and Mike was very professional and had a guy out to repair them almost instantly. These guys are very good and provide excellent and FAST customer service. I would recommend Vinyl Sash to anyone looking to replace their windows! Thanks.

  We received a new sunroom (with demo of old one), sliding door, and roof. The new room is four seasons with heat/AC and windows all around. Quality product, quality workmanship, beautiful finish. Ryan was great. Punctual, easy communication and very responsive. The estimate, proposal, contract was all very clear and easy. Robie and crew were top notch. Always had a plan and tackled a large project with ease. I’m a picky person and Vinyl Sash met the mark with ease. Located in Troy, MI.
