  It all began when MARS came out to do a roof inspection and their point man for this work, Jon S., came out promptly. He discovered wind damage from a recent storm and then he helped us coordinate with our insurance adjuster. He then put together a great plan for us to get a new roof. MARS quickly helped us determine the best options and got us scheduled for our roof replacement. The installation went smooth. They cleaned up well and the roof looks great! Jon was also there on installation day to make sure we were good with the job MARS had done. We really appreciated that! I happily recommend this company to take care of your roofing needs.

  We recently reached out to MARS to have our roof inspected. Jon (great guy!) came out promptly and, while inspecting our roof, discovered wind damage from a recent storm. He helped get a claim going with our insurance and set up a time for our adjuster to inspect the damage. After the adjuster verified the damage, and MARS worked all the insurance details out, MARS worked fast to help us determine the best style and color options and got us scheduled for our roof replacement. They moved everything right along quickly! On the day of installation, things went super smooth. They arrived around 7, set up their tarps to collect the roof debris (Which was awesome because it caught an unbelievable amount of nails!) and they got to work. Later that afternoon, when everything was completed, they cleaned up the site and left us with a beautiful new roof. It's a messy process, for sure, but they didn't leave it that way. We couldn't be more pleased. Jon even came out on installation day to make sure we were happy with the results. MARS made the process so easy and fast, from start to finish, it was just a couple of weeks! We recommend these guys to take care of your storm damage! And we'll use them again for any future needs!

  We had a chance to meet with Andrew, a Project Manager with MARS Restoration, and were very impressed with his professionalism, personable demeanor, and knowledge of the impacts of hail damage on roofs and siding. Spending time with him was actually a pleasure, and we appreciate how he walked us through the inspection process for our roof and siding. The discussion included a number of color photos, which Andrew shared with us while discussing his findings, the long term impact of hail damage through easy to understand analogies, and the value his company brings to the table when restoring roofs and siding due to storm damage. He is clear, concise, pleasant, and knowledgeable. MARS Restoration is well represented. We benefited from and enjoyed our time with Andrew.
