  We had Property solutions install a tile backsplash in the kitchen. Abe and his team were punctual, professional and very patient with me as I tried to find exactly what I wanted. After they were finished they cleaned up and made sure it was exactly what I wanted before they left. We were very happy with the way it turned out and would highly recommend them! (We just need to get the outlet covers that match the tile!)

  Property Use Solutions did an excellent job on three home improvement/remodeling services for us. They completed a beautiful kitchen backsplash, a utility closet, and reframed/modernized set of pocket doors. Services were thorough and prompt, and we had absolutely positive experiences with the office staff, project manager, and crew from start to finish. I would call on them again, and highly recommend for those interested!

  Great company. I called in the middle of the night when water pipe broke in the basement. They were super fast to arrive, cleaned my water damage even faster than promised, so my favorite furniture was saved. Since floors were only ruined in part of the basement insurance offered to cover just that part, but they negotiated with insurance and now I have new beautiful floors. They look much better abs original ones. Highly recommend them now to all my neighbors and friends.
