Very friendly and professional staff from Zach at the front desk to Chris who changed my oil for me. They made sure to top off my wiper fluid and got my tires aired to the correct pressure. Not to mention I didnt have an appointment and they were able to get right to my vehicle.

I had a few concerns about my vehicle and they didn’t hesitate to help! Zack has always been amazing when I have come to him with any issues! He always get me in on a timely manner.

This was probably the best car buying experience i and my wife have ever had. Nate, Christian, and Nate were all laid back , accomplished and accommodating.   Made it all a nice easy experience.  Sending my son there to do business!

Very unprofessional and disrespectful staff at Maguire Nissan and Maguire dealers in Ithaca. They were stereotypically pushy ("The deal is only good for today"). And would not let me buy a car without trying to make me also buy a service package for $7,000, which I stated multiple times I did not want. Very unprofessional. Additionally, the only reason they wanted me to purchase a service package was to do them a favor. I reached out to the manager at Maguire Nissan about this and did not hear back. Take your business elsewhere.

Mechanic here. Some of these mechanics need better training. Or a dang refresher because charging $1,500 for an alternator change, just to find out that the battery was a bad battery. Got everything tested 3 times both alternator and new battery only thing that was going was the starter. Now it's good as new. There were many things they could have tested to make sure the customer was taken care of. And they did not do that. Do better guys.
