We hired M Property Restoration to do some stone work around the front of our building.  They did a fabulous job.  Great craftsmanship, cleaned up at the end of each day, and completed the work in a timely manner.   The workers were very professional and the job turned out great!   I would definitely recommend this company.

If you live around Buffalo, I’ve done all the research for you! I called many companies and handymen to gets quotes on a complete tear off and roof replacement. THIS is the company I would go with every time. They’ll tell you right off the bat, they won’t be your lowest quote, but they won’t be your highest. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in our few years of home repair, it’s that you get what you pay for. These guys were professional from the outset. They gave us a detailed quote, and asked me just to check back in with them before making our final decision. Well guess what. They met my lowest quote and as far as I’m concerned, did the highest quality of work. We move around quite a bit, and don’t always love getting hit with big home repair costs that we only get to “enjoy” for a year or two. But as long as we’re replacing a roof, we wanted the job done right for sale-ability. I would not hesitate to recommend M Property to anyone!

I hired M Property to do siding, roof, and gutter work on my house. It all looks great and was on schedule and to plan. I must also say my house isn’t easy to work on because of height and proximity to other houses and M Property overcame these obstacles. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.  I had to have my roof replaced due to wind damage/loss of shingles.  Bob, the salesman, gave me a quote and then came back when my insurance claims adjuster showed up to advocate on my behalf.  I procured several other quotes, but ended up going with M Property, largely due to the extra effort put forth by Bob.  I signed and accepted the quote on a Saturday morning, and within 3 hours, the foreman was at my house, putting a tarp over the worst of the damage. (On a Saturday.  Talk about service.)  John, the foreman, and his crew were wonderful - very courteous, very respectful of my property, and they cleaned up everything exceedingly well when they were through.  Michelle in the office was great to work with and kept me informed.  I highly recommend M Property.

Couldn’t have asked for a better result! After receiving multiple quotes I decided to have M property replace my roof this May. The assessor Bob was amazing. Bob was down to earth and easy to work with! Michelle kept me well informed throughout the process. The craftsmanship was just as good. Looks gorgeous!
