I am very disappointed in the Lowes and their return policy! I hope they will see this and change it. After 90 days, you are stuck with the merchandise. They will not even give you a site credit with a receipt. This is ridiculous! Lowes- you are loosing customers! I was always loyal to Lowes. Not anymore! There should be no reason that if I provide you a receipt, that you would let me return the merchandise and get a store credit if it is new, in its package, with my receipt.

This is not the best Lowes location at all by far. The staff does not come to you and ask if you need help in fact you will probably spend half of your trip looking for a associate to help. Then when you go to checkout you will have to wait for them to get done with their very very important conversation about of huffing helium gets you high😵💫
