Love these guys the prices are perfect for any job you might have for your home improvement wether it be indoors or out. I loved the bird feeders and the pool cleaners were a great price😃

Apparently, their loss prevention strategy is to treat all people like thieves. Here’s an idea on how to tell a guest that you can’t take cabinet samples home instead of rudely blurting out “You know you can’t take that.” I was just seeing how a 1 cabinet color looked with a quartz countertop color. Here’s my suggestion. “Just to let you know that cabinet door samples can’t leave the store. Please let me know if I can help you order a door or color sample.” Then the customer would know that you actually want to sell cabinets and not just protect your precious samples. I was not behaving in any way that would suggest that I would steal it other than touching it.

I got 2 lavender plants that just needed some care. And the selection of succulents are amazing. They have a gazebo I want also.👍

Horrible customer service.
You can never find anyone to help you. And when you do, they don't know where to direct you.
On this latest trip to the Yuba City location, I personally observed someone ask an employee if she can help them. (They we're by the kitchen faucets) and she (employee) just rudely said and I quote "no, I work over there" and scurried off to the appliances desk.   Didn't offer to call someone to come and help them. Nothing.
If I was the store manager, I would be embarrassed and ashamed to have such poor employees.

I have not been back.  Lowes need to truly improve their customer service, but really their customer relationship approach.

If this Lowes was to close, it would not be missed.

I bought a new Whirlpool fridge Jan 30, 2022.  The ice maker quit working, Lowes refused to help me because it’s still under manufactures warranty.  Told me to call  to call Whirlpool l, you can’t get through to Whirlpool ever, they have no appt for a month.  I will never again purchase anything from Lowes, nor would I recommend an extended warranty.  So you spend 1,600.00 and for what,  bad appliance and NO CUSTOMER service.  I’m through and will turn them into the Better Business Bureau.
